Compliance and Funding Audits
We conduct detailed assessments to ensure you are not going to fall foul of auditors. In 2022 LE Consultancy supported 4 clients to achieve satisfactory ESFA audits, and further supported 11 clients with audit preparations.
We can provide external assurance reviews and audits and provide full feedback and support ensuring you are ready for your ESFA audits. We can also undertake reviews or create bespoke solutions for your enrolments and on-programme evidence capture to ensure it is compliant with the funding rules and to further make sure you are getting it right first time, including capturing all the evidence you need.
Ofsted READINESS
Check in advance to recognise what is still needed to meet with Ofsted expectations. In 2022 LE Consultancy supported 7 clients with OFSTED readiness – all achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’.
We offer external perspective to support you in being prepared for OFSTED, this could be support in producing or evaluating your SAR & QIP or conducting a full readiness audit providing recommended interventions for OFSTED success.
Completing a readiness audit or mock inspections is the perfect way to understand your position and your strengths and weaknesses in relation to the EIF but with the advantage of giving you time to prepare for the real thing to achieve the best possible outcome. Depending on your needs you can be supported by experienced OFSTED nominees or former inspectors.
Governance
Oversight with a focus on ‘making sure things are done right’. The contemporary focus on governance is not going to go away.
Governance is proving to be an ever increasing focus for Further Education providers, no matter how big or small. Experienced governance professionals within LE can provide bespoke solutions for the implementation of effective governance in your organisation. We can also complete reviews of the effectiveness of existing governance arrangements through audits and accompanying recommendations for improvement. LE can also support you in finding experienced governors and non-executive directors to add value to your existing board.
